BCGK is a multifamily real estate investment group specializing in the Greater Sacramento Metro area. What began as four partners pooling capital for a single triplex has grown into a portfolio of 120+ residential units and roughly $28M in assets under management — with a combined operator track record now touching 250+ doors and a ~$45–50M portfolio value. Today, that same track record is the foundation of the real estate coaching we offer real estate professionals who are ready to grow and scale their real estate business.
The High Stakes Deals Inner Circle grew directly out of that experience. Every framework taught inside the community — sourcing, underwriting, financing, raising capital, and operating — is pulled straight from deals the team has actually closed, not theory.
